PROJECT NAME: Merriwold Apartments

PROJECT LOCATION: 433 River Rd Highland Park, NJ

JOB DESCRIPTION: Completed in 2018, Jocama was contracted to provide ground up construction of 4 large apartment buildings, including masonry and concrete site work at the historic Merriwold Castle in Highland Park NJ. This job was constructed on a large hilltop, and included two large slab on grade buildings with multiple elevator and stair towers. Buildings 3 and 4 were connected via a below grade garage built into the side of a cliff. This required large 25 ft poured concrete walls for the foundation of both buildings as well as a multiple floors of poured slab deck.
