JOB DESCRIPTION: Completed in 2015, Jocama was contracted to complete a ground up concrete construction of a large senior housing building by Pike Construction. This building was unique in that half was a typical slab on grade while the other half was 3 floors of poured slab. This contract also included multiple 4 floor stair towers and elevator shafts.
